The Search Agency cares about our employees. We offer extensive training and educational seminars so you are consistently learning about the ever-evolving digital world. We support team members in acquiring industry certifications, such as Google Analytics and Google AdWords, both of which contributed to our status as Premier Google Partners. We regularly hold “cutting edge” sessions and flash audits to learn new ways to manage our accounts, discover trends in the industry, and improve our skills as digital marketers. We encourage everyone to become thought leaders in specific areas and host trainings, write blog posts, or present case studies around them. We host annual client summits for both Paid and Earned to share our knowledge with our clients and demonstrate the expertise of our team.
Each week, we hold a management update at lunch to inform the team of new department initiatives or TSA news. We also offer a flex-schedule, with start times as early as 6 a.m. and as late as 10 a.m. Employees have the option to work from home on Fridays.
Natural light streams in through the extensive windows on three sides of our tenth-floor office, which overlooks the beautiful Verdugo Hills. We have bench seating and motorized desks, which will allow you to sit or stand while you work, and thirteen conference rooms for team or client meetings. Our training room and largest conference room feature large whiteboard walls to facilitate brainstorming and collaboration.
TSA caters lunch twice a week from a variety of local restaurants. We’ve enjoyed Indian, Thai, Greek, Chinese, Italian, as well as sandwiches, breakfast-for-lunch, and more. Once a month, we take time out to celebrate our team members’ birthdays and work anniversaries.
Employees get the chance to unwind in our lounge area with TVs, ping pong, foosball, and a gaming system. The kitchen is loaded with delicious treats such as, popcorn, fruit, chips, granola bars, sweets, soda, coffee, and more! If you don’t want to walk to a nearby restaurant or Trader Joe’s for lunch, the lobby café offers a wide menu, and food trucks park in the plaza three days a week. You can also take advantage of the beautiful outdoor seating area at the plaza level.
We are excited to announce that we relocated to the heart of Glendale in November, 2016.
Our office at 801 N. Brand Blvd. offers easy freeway access to make your commute just a little bit shorter. We are also minutes away from a few gym facilities, including an Equinox right across the plaza, if you like to exercise before work or while you wait for traffic to ease in the evening.
