Work at The Search Agency!

We are a dynamic, fast-growing, global Digital Marketing Agency helping our clients rock the Internet.

The Search Agency is a full-service destination for data-driven and creative digital marketers looking to work with smart people, service clients, experience career growth, learn and teach the latest digital marketing optimizations, and have fun. As a part of our team, you will work closely with industry-leading companies and thought leaders in the digital community.

Whether you’re a seasoned Digital Marketing veteran or a recent college graduate, you could be a great fit in one of our growing offices. You’ll be working with a rapidly growing group of smart, dedicated, creative, and energetic people in a casual and upbeat setting.

We prefer the direct approach: Check out our job openings, and if you are interested (or just want to say hello), email your resume/cover letter directly to our head of Talent Acquisition, Andy Lucas: andy.lucas@thesearchagency.com. Be sure to let him know which role you’re most interested in, and (just for fun) the typical interview question you hate the most.

We look forward to hearing from you
