Motorcross Apparel Brand and Search Marketing Firm Win Best Digital Integrated Brand Experience at Digiday Retail Awards

LOS ANGELES, Calif. – Feb. 28, 2014 – The Search Agency, a global online marketing firm and the largest independent U.S. search marketing agency, and Fox, the most recognized and best-selling brand of motocross apparel in the world, has been named winner of the Best Digital Integrated Brand Experience at this year’s Digiday Retail Awards. The awards – hosted by Digiday, the media company and authority on digital media, marketing and advertising – honor overall excellence and breakthrough achievement in online retail marketing and advertising.

Other Digiday Retail Award winners, including Starbucks, Reebok, and Living Social were chosen from 44 finalists from 15 categories by staff members from Bebe, Mono, Big Spaceship, Deep Focus, and Laird + Partners.

Fox partnered with The Search Agency in March 2013 to implement a holistic paid media strategy centered on driving online sales from their digital marketing investment.

The Search Agency created a 3-part campaign consisting of Product Listing Ads (PLAs) to improve click through rates, display re-targeting to engage previous site visitors, and mobile paid search campaigns to broaden reach that saw a 15 percent increase in conversions after implementation. Within the first five months of partnering with The Search Agency, paid clicks for Fox increased 28 percent, product sales increased 18 percent, and revenue increased 17 percent compared to the same five-month period in 2012.
