Los Angeles, CA November 1, 2006 - The Search Agency (TSA), a full service search engine marketing and search engine optimization firm, held its inaugural Partner Summit this month. More than 50 of the firm's clients and partners participated in the all-day event attended by industry leaders Yahoo! Search Marketing, Google, and Microsoft adCenter, who presented updates on their search engine marketing products and services. "We wanted to provide an opportunity for our clients to brainstorm with Yahoo! Search Marketing, Google, MSN adCenter, and TSA all in one convenient place," said David Hughes, CEO, The Search Agency. "We also wanted our clients to learn more about ways we and the search engines are evolving to better meet their needs."
The day included breakout sessions with clients, their account managers from The Search Agency, and representatives from Yahoo! Search Marketing, Google, and Microsoft adCenter. The sessions were designed to enhance understanding of the search marketing process and to take advantage of new search engine marketing features to drive incremental benefits to The Search Agency's clients.
"I left each of the one-on-one sessions with a new approach to some aspect of our SEM strategy," said Chaya Goldberger, online marketing manager at Fandango. "Whether it was a new feature they were introducing, or their feedback on our current optimization techniques, each search engine had something interesting and informative to bring to the meeting. Microsoft introduced us to demographic targeting, Yahoo! to mobile marketing, and Google to image content network and video ads. (It was) all very informative."
