Associate Marketing Manager

Contract Position

As an Associate Marketing Manager you will use your writing and social media skills to develop content that builds The Search Agency’s thought leadership, engages prospects, and drives qualified leads for our business development team. You will be responsible for developing the company’s content marketing and social media marketing initiatives, including both evergreen and timely content, in an effort to bring qualified traffic to our site and reinforce The Search Agency’s brand. The perfect candidate will have some marketing and writing experience and have the ability to handle multiple projects at once.

 

This role reports directly to the Senior Marketing Manager.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Writes, edits, and oversees content creation including blog posts, articles, white papers, case studies and research reports
  • Manages the company’s blog and works with internal contributors to draft blog posts
  • Gathers and organizes data into original research reports  
  • Runs email marketing and lead generation campaigns
  • Contributes to the company’s social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Linkedin, in terms of creating posts and linking back to created content.  
  • Assists with creating weekly agendas for thought leadership meetings to generate content ideas and bylines for agency
  • Coordinates marketing efforts with our external PR agency
  • Assists with uploading and editing existing website content. Familiarity with content management systems such as Drupal helpful.

 

Requirements:

  • Must enjoy writing and have an eye for editing and catching grammatical errors especially for press releases and client-facing documents.
  • Knowledge of WordPress blogging interface and platform
  • Proficient in Excel; comfortable working with charts and graphs
  • Knowledge of social media platforms such as HootSuite 
  • Passion for online search marketing a plus and basic knowledge of SEO and SEM is helpful since much of the writing is about this industry.

Associate Campaign Manager - Paid Search Editorial

Contract Position

 

This contracted position (up to 35 hours a week) will be a key contributor with a focus on creating, testing, and optimizing keywords and geo-targets for top-tier clients with the goal of maximizing reach, awareness, and new customer acquisition. They will be responsible for the monthly optimization of account structures for top companies to ensure relevant ad copy appears for all available search queries. This position will be responsible for implementing advanced targeting changes and reporting on all key SEM initiatives. This internal role is not a client facing position as it focuses on detailed account optimizations within the search engines.


Primary Responsibilities:
• Work closely with Account Analysts, Editors, and other web experts to create unique and optimized search campaigns.
• Update geo-targeting of a complex campaign structure on a weekly basis.
• Develop and organize keywords into a strategic campaign structure that puts client ads in front of highly relevant online searchers.
• Work creatively and analytically to change underperforming SEM initiatives by addressing issues with landing page relevance, quality score, and account structure.
• Ability to act quickly and proactively for client success in a deadline-driven environment.

The Client Services Director will lead the management of our US SaaS Platform clients. Primarily responsible for driving client strategy and growth, this position requires a seasoned Client Services professional, with strong digital experience. The right candidate must be enthusiastic, pro-active, detail-oriented, and a hardworking professional able to work well in a team-oriented, client-focused environment.

 

As the Client Services Director will be dealing with all levels of clients, they should be comfortable both working with C-Level contacts, as well as day to day operations teams. They should possess process management and multitasking abilities. He/she should be a team player, with creativity and a can-do attitude. They should have the ability to instill high morale, function equally well independently and as part of a team, as well as the ability to adapt to a changing environment

 

Primary Responsibilities:

 

  • Support clients to generate maximum revenue through improved adoption of SaaS Platforms
  • Develop strong client relations through regular face to face and phone meetings
  • Manage C-level relationships
  • Oversee campaign and website builds, drawing on team’s resources to fulfill.
  • Liaise with Tech ops, BD and campaign managers to deliver client success
  • Collaborate with clients to research new opportunities.

Skills/Qualifications:
