The Business Analyst will be part of a new and exciting analytics team within The Search Agency (TSA).  The new team, Cross Channel Analytics and Reporting, is responsible for providing deep data insights for our clients and our organization through reporting and analysis.  This role will be responsible for answering business questions using various types of marketing data to understand trends, achieve insights and recommend business enhancing actions.  The right candidate must be enthusiastic, pro-active, curious, detail-oriented, and a hardworking professional able to work well in a team-oriented, client-focused environment.

 

Responsibilities

• Craft actionable analysis to solve real business problems.

The SEO Website Architect position fills the role of technical point person on client accounts. The right candidate will be tech savvy with at minimum a personal website, experience setting up hosting environments, capable of spotting SEO issues with load balancers or diagnosing server response codes. Key Responsibilities

 

The Client Services Director will lead the management of our US SaaS Platform clients. Primarily responsible for driving client strategy and growth, this position requires a seasoned Client Services professional, with strong digital experience. The right candidate must be enthusiastic, pro-active, detail-oriented, and a hardworking professional able to work well in a team-oriented, client-focused environment.

 

As the Client Services Director will be dealing with all levels of clients, they should be comfortable both working with C-Level contacts, as well as day to day operations teams. They should possess process management and multitasking abilities. He/she should be a team player, with creativity and a can-do attitude. They should have the ability to instill high morale, function equally well independently and as part of a team, as well as the ability to adapt to a changing environment

 

Primary Responsibilities:

 

  • Support clients to generate maximum revenue through improved adoption of SaaS Platforms
  • Develop strong client relations through regular face to face and phone meetings
  • Manage C-level relationships
  • Oversee campaign and website builds, drawing on team’s resources to fulfill.
  • Liaise with Tech ops, BD and campaign managers to deliver client success
  • Collaborate with clients to research new opportunities.
  • Analyze data and report key findings and recommendations to clients at weekly/monthly meetings.
  • Lead and manage QBRs for key clients
  • Represent client needs internally for Product improvements

 

 

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum 7 years client management experience
  • Ideally 4+ years Digital client management experience
  • In-depth understanding of Internet marketing practices
  • Project Management experience
  • Ability to analyze data and make recommendations
  • Familiarity with content management systems
  • Experience working with designers and IT staff to develop or maintain websites a plus
  • Experience working with Search Engine Marketing a plus
  • Superior organizational and analytical skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Keen attention to detail and consistent ability to meet deadlines
  • Focus on client service and satisfaction

           Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop clean, object-oriented, code for our SaaS platform, including solid unit tests
  • Ability to work independently as well as with a team. Team members are both local and remote.
  • Break down features into implementable tasks
  • Works with projects from concept to delivery and beyond (support)
  • Troubleshoot issues on both development and production systems
  •  Share in the product implementation/coding, working alongside other team members
  • Communicate technical and business concepts clearly to engineers, QA and management           

 

Requirements:

  • 5+ Years of Software Engineering Experience
