Coordinator, Display/Programmatic Media

Are you passionate about online marketing? Are you geeky in the best possible way, always on top of the latest and greatest trends in media and technology? Are you a self-starter, with a mind for numbers?

The Search Agency is looking for a Coordinator to become part of our Display/Programmatic Media team. This position requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. The Search Agency is looking for people who want to start – or extend – their career in digital marketing and grow at the company.

You will:

  • Use DoubleClick platforms (Campaign Manager and Bid Manager) to build, traffic, and optimize digital media campaigns for a variety of advertisers (retail, real estate, B2B, finance, etc.)
  • Use internal workflow systems to communicate between Account Managers and Delivery Teams to facilitate ad campaign management
  • Support Campaign Managers by coordinating with clients and media partners to obtain all necessary campaign assets and ensure successful campaign set up and launch
  • Monitor ad delivery across various platforms and suggest performance optimizations for campaigns according to campaign KPIs
  • Brainstorm creative concept ideas based on best practices for new ad tests, including images, copy, call-to-action, and landing page
  • QA creative submissions and troubleshoot issues that may occur while the campaigns are in progress, or prior to launch
  • Coordinate with Campaign Managers to ensure accurate and appropriate budget management, including ad schedules and bid adjustments
  • Review performance reports in MS Excel, QA formulas and raw data, and pull insights to share with the client about recent changes in performance that relate directly to changes in bids, scheduling, creative assets, advertiser promotions, seasonality, landing pages, etc.

Account Manager – Earned Media (SEO/Social)

The Search Agency is looking for an Account Manager to be responsible for the day-to-day operational success of their earned media (e.g., SEO and Social) accounts, and the overall coordination of work with the Delivery team.  They ensure that all projects and deliverables for their books of business are executed effectively and efficiently, and they collaborate with their peers on strategy to grow accounts and bring innovative ideas to their clients.

Leveraging deep SEO /social industry knowledge and experience from project to project, the Account Manager must be able to simultaneously manage a number of projects, articulate strategic goals, and ensure timely and high quality deliverables for our partners. The right candidate will be a hardworking, enthusiastic, proactive, detail-oriented professional, and able to work well in a team-oriented, client-focused environment.

You will:

  • Be an effective centralized point-of-contact, and act as the key point in the flow of work between client(s) and functional team members.
  • Ensure all goals and deadlines are met, or client and internal expectations are proactively communicated.
  • Work with Account Directors, insights and service delivery teams to execute client’s strategic plans and provide best-in-class SEO deliverables.
  • Digest, challenge, and knowledgeably communicate channel performance and analysis.
  • Find opportunities for the organic growth of accounts as the organic search landscape evolves.
  • Work with Account Directors to monitor profitability and ensure accurate billing and forecasting to ensure the financial health of the accounts.
  • Adopt high quality account management standards and channel best practices.

You should have:

  • At least 5 years of account management experience, ideally with a digital media industry, working on integrated accounts.
  • Proven technical understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Social Media.
  • Proven ability to service clients in a digital environment.
  • Adept at managing client expectations as it relates to scope and delivery of service.
  • Able to assimilate and jump into new business and adopt best practices quickly and with conviction
  • Strong project management and performance management skills
  • Must be open to travel as needed
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to set team priorities and collaborate with other departments to deliver services to clients.
  • Superior oral, written and interpersonal communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to represent and promote TSA in a professional manner and articulate value to partners
  • Good energy and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Account Manager – Paid Search

 

TSA’s Paid Search Account Managers are responsible for the day-to-day management of a small number of brand name accounts and building strong relationships with them. They will leverage their paid search/display industry knowledge, work with the team to create, manage, and optimize online paid search campaigns and interact regularly with clients to provide ongoing reporting, analysis, and ad optimization.

This position requires a candidate who has a solid foundation in paid search tactics and strategies, and who excels in client service. Our ideal candidate will be a capable project manager and passionate about online marketing. The role requires a strong eye for detail, analytical skills, and the ability to make decisions independently.

You will:

  • Manage a book of business and ensure all goals and deadlines are met
  • Provide best-in-class SEM and Display deliverables and regularly communicate performance results.
  • Find opportunities for the growth of accounts
  • Analyze, recommend, and implement improvements to meet client’s online marketing objectives
  • Identify ideas/solutions to meet client’s strategic objectives
  • Develop/Partner with team members to develop strategic campaign structures and unique search campaigns
  • Adopt high quality account management and channel best practices

You should have:

  • 3-6 years’ experience running paid search campaigns
  • Proven technical understanding of Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
