While site architecture has many facets, the key factor in making sure that your web site is easily “crawl-able” by the search engine spiders. Often, web sites built without attention paid to SEO issues will have architecture problems that prevent search engine spiders from crawling more than a small portion of the complete web site, and that’s not good news for your site’s visibility. The fewer pages that are crawled and indexed, the fewer opportunities your web site has to be ranked in search results. |
